A seated public watches a scene of 7 severed paraffine busts. Behind he gets out of a side niche and slowly approaches a piano wearing special glasses: a woman, wearing too the glasses, is waiting for him standing in front of him next to the piano. He seats and plays a cluster, so he plays a recorder from which a thin voice comes out. The voice repeats continuously, like a prayer or litany. It is Fiammetta’s voice reciting the Ave Maria, repeating Anna Maria instead, like the name of her mother. The prayer goes on for seven times, like the number of the busts, like the parts of Verdi’s “Requiem”, first performed in the same location, like the seven members of “Accademia dei Pugni”, part of the milanese illuminism.
During the entire time of the performance he exchanges his eyesight/viewpoint with her, they move looking at themselves in third person. Also the busts have been meta-painted using such device.
